5 Tips to Becoming a Better You
Character Changes. You have to honestly and openly consider what changes should be made to your character. Change your attitude and that starts with you and your perception on situations. Take time to actually acknowledge your flaws and find ways to improve them instead of ignoring them.
Selflove. You have to love yourself to the point where nothing can affect your positive energy or taint the way you look at yourself. You have to put yourself in control of your happiness. Find out what you love, what you like and do more of it. Spend time investing into you, your craft, and things YOU love.
Change the way your thoughts are set up. You have to really monitor your thoughts. Train your brain to ignore negative thoughts. Obtaining a positive mindset is the key to the game. You control what you want to focus on and invest energy into.
Find things you appreciate in your life and be grateful for them; BIG or Small. Once you learn to focus on what you have rather than what you don't have you open up the pathway for more blessings to pour in. Often times we focus so much time and energy into complaining about what we don't have and we fail to appreciate what we do have.
Live your best life. You must first accept the life you live and respect where you are RIGHT NOW. Learn to live completely for you, and to rely on yourself for happiness. This makes anything and anyone else a plus not a necessity. Live without regrets and don't ever second guess yourself.
