The Calm After the Storm
In this hurricane season, the storm comes through and it can destroy everything in its path. When the storm comes it hits hard. We try our best to be prepared but we can never really tell how hard the storm will hit and what damages it will cause.
Kind of how relationships and break-ups go. You try your best to prepare mentally, physically and emotionally but honestly it's impossible to tell how things will go and what kind of hurt, pain and damages you will experience.
During the storm we endure hardship that at the moment that may seem unbearable and never ending. In the midst of the storm it's hard to see/think clearly especially since you are surrounded by chaos, and you're facing adversity. You are stuck wondering what should I do? How should I go about doing it? And when should I do?
Your attitude is actually the determining factor in your progress during and after the storm. It's important to remain positive and keep yourself focused on something positive. Channel your energy into something positive. Find new hobbies, complete overdue task, go on new adventures.
After the storm the journey to repair starts with loving yourself and what you do. It's important to invest in YOURSELF in order to began repairing the destruction caused by the "storm".
